The Metro Times Blowout is the largest local music festival in the nation, with more than 5,000 annual attendees over three days in Hamtramck, Michigan. Each year, Blowout celebrates hundreds of local musicians in dozens of different Hamtramck venues. Blowout continues to be the best and longest-running local music event by highlighting the best talent and helping artists into the spotlight. 2012 marks a special milestone the 15th year of Blowout and will showcase some of the most talented up-and-coming local artists.
